CIHF LEISURE RIDING COMMITTEE

The CIHF has joined FEIF nations in the development of a Leisure Riding Committee, lead by the Board of Directors. We are really excited about this new adventure and looking forward to bringing together leisure riders across the country!
To launch this initiative we called on our members to participate in a photo contest for the International Day of the Icelandic Horse on May 1st.
The winner's photo was featured as the profile photo for the CIHF Facebook page for the month of May and a Breyer Icy figurine donated by Nathaly Jones of Tuskast Icelandic Horse Farm
Don't miss next years competition. to submit your photos of you, your horse(s) and the love you have for them on May 1st and members of the Leisure Riding Committee will vote on a winner.

While there were a number of stunning photos of our beautiful horses across the vast Canadian landscapes, playing and goofing around, and just plain old gorgeous portraits of beloved horses, Leanna's photo captivated every member of the Leisure Committee and was a clear winner.
A new Breyer Icelandic Horse figurine will be shipped and your photo will be the profile photo for the CIHF Facebook page for the month of May.
